How to read the new ZARYS dressings packaging?

We are introducing a new graphic design for ZARYS dressings packaging to make choosing the right product even easier and faster. This change was needed – as our product line grew, the packaging required a more modern approach: consistent, clear, and suited to the increasing number of variants.

The new designs organize the look of the entire line and improve the readability of key information – both in the warehouse and in day-to-day work. In this way, we want to make working with the products even easier, speed up product identification, and reduce the risk of mistakes.

The new packaging is based on simple, repeatable principles: white signals sterility, the color palette is limited, and information has fixed placements. Thanks to this, you identify the product faster and reduce the risk of errors. Below we explain how to read the new packaging and what to look out for.

Sterile or non-sterile – visible at a glance

Sterile and non-sterile versions of the same product now share the same color. What sets them apart is only the packaging design: sterility is coded with pure white and minimalism, while the non-sterile variant has a strong color dominance.

The solution is intuitive and reduces the risk of grabbing the wrong dressing material.

Limited palette – 10 colors

Previously the palette was unlimited. Now the entire line uses 10 colors: gray serves as the base on unit packs and boxes, and the remaining 9 colors distinguish products within a group. Shades are consistent within each group – for example, among adhesive dressings, no two boxes share the same color.

The change covers the entire line, but it is most visible in gauze and nonwoven dressings.

Previously, sterile packaging for KOMPRI lux S, GAZA lux S, TUPFER lux S and SERVI lux S was marked in red, and their non-sterile counterparts (KOMPRI lux, GAZA lux, TUPFER lux, SERVI lux) in navy blue. Now each product has its own individual color, shared by both the sterile and non-sterile versions.

Fixed information placement

The content layout is now consistent on every pack: the pictorial instructions are always on the back, and the REF number and size appear at the top of the front and at the bottom of the sides. We have also placed a product illustration on the front.

Other changes

• On selected products, photos have been replaced with illustrations, which makes warehouse identification easier.
• Unit packs have a uniform color and two language versions: Polish and English.
• In addition to the DATA Matrix or GS1-128 code, we have added an EAN code.
• Pediatric dressings have received illustrations consistent with the ZARYS kids line.
